There has been another strike on the Libya forces via missiles. the point of this attack was to drive back the Libyan forces away from the rebel-held cities. the missiles were sent by the western forces. the United States says that the missile attack help them greatly because it diminished much of the Libyan air defenses.
i think that it is good that the united states, Britain, and France are all becoming involved in helping the Libyan government because they need help. the fact that a no fly zone has been created will help the citizens greatly as well. the reason for the no fly zone is to protect the citizens from the air attacks on Libya from the opposing sides.

broke and broker
So the government is debating if they should lay off workers or not. it is a big controversy over weather it would be good or bad for the government. This may not be as bad as everyone thinks it will be. basically the only people that will be getting cut off will be the people that are not of a necessary to the government, such as the postal services and the prisons.
i think that this may be exactly what we need. we need help getting out of this and the only way we can do this is cutting this part of the budget. the postal services will stay which everyone needs and the prisons will still be occupied by guards. So even though the jobs will be cut the ones that we will not be cut.

So japan is pretty much had the worst weekend of all of us. First there was a huge earthquake. The earthquake was recorded at 9.8 on the open end Richter scale, this being the biggest earthquake of japans history, but this is not the end. Within 2 hours of this massive earthquake a tsunami that was recorded at 10 meters high hit the east coast of Japan. This sweep away boats cars houses and people, and if this wasn't enough there were also nuclear plants that were in danger of exploding.
so i have decided that i am never gonna say that i had a horrible weekend cause nothing could be worst thank first your house getting shook to the ground, then it getting sweep away by a lot of water, then getting warned and evacuated cause Japan is gonna blow up. I sat all day and watched college basketball and i thought my weekend was bad. i feel bad for those who lost everything within 2 hours.

gas gas gas
this is pretty much saying that oil is on the rise again and there is being little done to help our problem. The only thing that the politicians are doing to help is pointing fingers at the others on the other side of the oil wheel. The problem is that they are not looking at a long term solution to the problem. They are talking on the same points as before, and the problem with this is that the problems were solved only for a short while.
I think that this is a big deal because not only does this affect our travel but it effects so much more than that. the use of oil is so huge that we can not keep up with the needs of the country. we have peaked at the amount of oil that we have and now its to a point where we are going to need to find something new to supply for us. If they really wanna help us they need to stop talking on the same things and start looking for a bigger plan.

air strike
There has been a new air strike in Libya. The latest of the air strikes was along the main road while the air crafts were heading toward the opposition-controlled town of Ras Lanuf. There had been an out break in the oil mining town and many of the locals fled the area so as to separate themselves from the situation.
i think that this is crazy. everything that is happening over there. over the weekend i heard that the president of Libya said that he was gonna blow up all the oil fields. i think this is crazy, i mean i really don't know if that is true but if the president did do that it would but the whole world in and economic down turn and probably ruin life as we know it.
